Once we commence the search and networking process, we'll keep you informed as soon as we come across suitable options. You can share your initial impressions by looking at the pictures, and together we'll decide whether to plan a viewing at the location.

Strike or no like

Did we hit the bullseye with the viewing on location, or is it not as expected? We will decide together if we proceed with the searching process or take it to the next level.

To be or not to be...chosen

Following our outstanding presentation and strong motivation in offering you as a potential resident, we now await the lessor's decision. If they do not choose you, rest assured that we will make every effort to swiftly bring a new offer to you.

Once you have been selected as the successful candidate, we will provide guidance and support for all the administrative aspects involved in renting or buying a new home in Amsterdam. Additionally, we will be with you every step of the way when you receive the keys to your new home, ensuring a smooth transition into your new living space.
